Becoming an Ambassador
It takes more than two years
to change society
When you have successfully completed the Leadership Development Programme, you will graduate to become a Teach First Ambassador. The experience on the programme will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to work effectively wherever your future career takes you. As a Teach First Ambassador you will become part of a growing network which brings with it a host of opportunities to continue to address educational disadvantage on a long-term, systemic basis.
The ambassador community currently numbers over 1,500 individuals, the vast majority of whom remain actively connected with one another and with Teach First. Ambassadors recognise the unique opportunity they have not only to use the Teach First network to support their own progression, but also to lead on exciting, innovative and change in education at a classroom, school and system level. This is critical to the achievement of the Teach First mission and to ensuring the lasting change in education that we all recognise as crucial.
